A New Chapter — The Same Uncompromising Quality
Our journey began in Lithuania in 1992. Between 2005 and 2025, we were proud to be part of the KAEFER Group, a global leader in insulation and scaffolding. Following a strategic transition in 2025, the company continues its successful operations under the original name: UAB Termoizola.
We retain the extensive international expertise gained over three decades, uphold the highest LEAN and ISO standards, and continue our strong, long-standing partnerships with clients worldwide.
Today, UAB Termoizola is driven by a team of approximately 400 highly qualified specialists. We specialise in industrial insulation, scaffolding assembly, refractory lining for energy boilers, noise control solutions, and comprehensive surface protection.
As a modern, forward-thinking company, we are dedicated to building a sustainable and energy-efficient future. Through our advanced technical knowledge, we enhance the value and extend the lifecycle of our clients' assets.
Our Journey: From Local Business to International Recognition
- 1992 – Foundation of the company and start of operations in Lithuania.
- 1998 – ISO 9001 Quality Management System implemented.
- 2005 – Joined the global KAEFER Group.
- 2009 – ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards implemented.
- 2015 – Launched our LEAN journey to optimise processes and boost efficiency.
